Susan has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry working with iconic brands and retailers such as Calvin Klein, Reebok, Victoria’s Secret, Hudson’s Bay Company and JC Penney. She joined Dassault Systèmes in 2009.
With hands-on experience in retail strategy, value chain operations, consumer engagement and product innovation, Susan has led global digital transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation and value realization. She is passionate about driving the retail renaissance and digital product creation process.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Suffolk University in Boston with an MBA focused on International Business and Applied Technology.
Susan has also spoken globally on business and technology trends at events such as IDC Retail Directions, International Home & Housewares Show, IBM Impact, Prime Source Forum Hong Kong, Women’s Wear Daily Sourcing, American Apparel & Footwear Association, and others. She has written numerous articles, provided webinars and podcasts for various industry sites, and represented Dassault Systemes on CNBC and BBC.
