Prior to launching FABSCRAP, Jessica was responsible for New York City’s textile recycling and e-waste recycling contracts and programs as a Senior Manager in the Bureau of Recycling and Sustainability at the Department of Sanitation after obtaining her Master’s degree in Climate and Society from the Earth Institute at Columbia University.
At FIS2020 Jessica will be presenting with her team on insights from their experience and how textiles waste management can be improved in the fashion industry.
